Terms and Conditions for Promotion “‘Merks Mājas’ Pays for Your Dream Travel” (hereinafter – the Promotion)

1. The seller and the organiser of the Promotion is SIA “Merks Mājas”, registration No. 40003657280, registered office: Rūpniecības iela 25-98, Riga, LV-1045, email: info@merksmajas.lv.
2. The Promotion shall only apply to the project Magnolijas at 6 Skrīnes Street, Riga and 8 Skrīnes Street, Riga, developed by SIA “Merks Mājas”.
3. The Promotion shall run from 1 November 2024 to 13 December 2024 (inclusive) (hereinafter – the Promotion Period) for a limited number of Participants of the Promotion.
4. A Participant of the Promotion shall be a buyer (a natural or legal person) who fulfils all of the following conditions during the Promotion Period (hereinafter – the Participant of the Promotion): 4.1. concludes (signs) a purchase agreement for the purchase of an apartment in the project Magnolijas by SIA “Merks Mājas”, address: 6 Skrīnes Street , Riga or 8 Skrīnes Street, Riga; 4.2. transfers the full purchase price specified in the Agreement to the current account of SIA “Merks Mājas” (to be specified in the relevant purchase agreement); or 4.3. if an escrow account is used for payment of the purchase price, the following conditions must be met: (i) the purchase price has been credited in full to the escrow account and (ii) the Buyer’s ownership rights to the apartment have been registered in the Riga City Land Register (which can beverified by the Parties in the Unified Computerised Land Register database).
5. Within the framework of the Promotion, the Participant of the Promotion shall receive a gift certificate in the amount of EUR 5,000.00 (five thousand euros) including VAT from a tour operator or a travel agency specified by SIA “Merks Mājas” (hereinafter – the Gift Certificate).
6. The Participant of the Promotion shall be entitled to use the Gift Certificate to pay for a hotel and purchase plane tickets to a destination of the Participant’s choice, offered by the particular tour operator or travel agency.
7. The Participant of the Promotion must use the Gift Certificate with the specific tour operator or travel agency until the deadline set by the specific tour operator or travel agency for the Gift Certificate, provided that the deadline for use is not shorter than 1 November 2025.
8. The issuer of the Gift Certificate, i.e. the tour operator or travel agency, shall be fully responsible for the service (trip) purchased as a result of the use of the Gift Certificate.
9. Instead of the Gift Certificate, the Participant of the Promotion shall be entitled to choose a discount of EUR 5,000 including VAT on the purchase price of an apartment in the project Magnolijas, address: 6 Skrīnes Street, Riga or 8 Skrīnes Street, Riga, which is reflected in the purchase agreement concluded between the Participant of the Promotion and SIA “Merks Mājas”. In this case, the Participant of the Promotion shall not receive a Gift Certificate for the purchase of a trip.
10. The Participant of the Promotion may not receive the Gift Certificate within the framework of the Promotion in cash or in the form of a non-cash payment.
11. The Promotion shall be applied simultaneously (combined) with the Bring a Friend promotion implemented by SIA “Merks Mājas”. The Promotion shall not be applied simultaneously (combined) with other promotions implemented in the project Magnolijas, including the Black Friday promotion.
12. The Participant of the Promotion shall be entitled to use the Gift Certificate obtained as a result of the Promotion also for such trips and destinations that are more expensive than the value of the Gift Certificate, in such case the Participant of the Promotion shall settle the amount exceeding the value of the Gift Certificate with the particular tour operator or travel agency with their own funds.
13. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant of the Promotion shall confirm and agree that the employees of SIA “Merks Mājas” work only during the official working days and working hours from 8:00 to 17:00, therefore the activities to be performed by SIA “Merks Mājas” within the Promotion will be performed during working hours, unless the Participant of the Promotion and SIA “Merks Mājas” mutually agree otherwise.
