The sustainable and energy-efficient project “Magnolijas” has been commissioned. Two three-story buildings with a total of 96 apartments have been built in the project. The buildings fit perfectly into the cozy private housing neighborhood. The apartments are available with full high-quality interior finishing and are ready for immediate living. In order to provide residents with lower monthly utility bills, solar panels and hot water collectors are installed on the roofs of the buildings.

The project offers modern 2-4-room apartments with full high-quality interior finishing. A feeling of spaciousness will be created by the 2.90 m ceiling height and balconies or terraces in each apartment of up to 11.8 m2. Apartments are available in both buildings - Skrīnes Street 6 and Skrīnes Street 8 in the 1st round of project Magnolijas.

Can I choose my apartment’s finishing?
It’s possible to choose the apartment finishing in the initial stage of project construction. In the Interior section, you can view the available collections.
Can I regulate the heat in my apartment?
Yes, it’s possible to regulate the heat in each apartment. Radiators with thermostats will be available in every apartment of Magnolijas. This will enable you to maintain the desired temperature in each room. Expenditure on heat will be calculated according to the amount consumed, as each apartment will have its own individual heat meter.
How much sunlight does the apartment get?
The amount of sunlight depends on where the apartment is located in the building and on which floor. If the apartment windows face east, the sun will shine in the morning; if the windows face west, you can enjoy the evening sun. Windows on the south side ensure the longest sunlight.
