Live free of charge – a special offer in project “Merks Magnolijas"

“Merks mājas” inspires for a better life and therefore announces a special offer for the project “Merks Magnolijas” – buy a 3- or 4-room apartment before the Midsummer Festival and live in it without any utility or management payments for one year!

Residential housing project “Merks Magnolijas" constructed by the real estate developer “Merks mājas” will be commissioned this summer. Two A class energy efficiency buildings with 96 apartments in total will be constructed during phase one of the design. This is the first developer's project with solar panels and collectors installed on roofs in order to reduce the carbon footprint of buildings and to ensure lower energy and water heating costs in a long run.

Therefore, our offer “Live one year free of charge!” is a living proof of our belief in the efficiency and long-term contribution of these solutions for the residents of “Merks Magnolijas".

All the scheduled construction works go according to the plan and currently we are working at interior finishing and final arrangement works, and we have started a process to receive opinions to be able to commission the building. Project “Merks Magnolijas” is special due to its resemblance to a private house, because the small three-storey buildings perfectly blend in with the surrounding low-storey construction. The project offers two- to four-room apartments starting from EUR 114 000 and total living area between 53 m2 and 103 m2. Each apartment has a wide balcony or a private terrace, thoroughly planned and functional apartment layouts, 2.9m high ceiling and large windows that create a sense of spaciousness and cosiness. The project has a closed territory, equipped with a video surveillance system.

The offer “Live one year free of charge” applies to the first ten buyers of 3- or 4-room apartments who will sign the booking contract until 23 June 2023. Utilities and management service invoices will be covered between 1 September 2023 and 31 August 2024 at total value of EUR 3,000 (VAT inclusive). Utilities and management service invoices do not include invoices for additional services individually signed by the owner, such as invoices for internet connection.
